为改善相变储能过程中石蜡(PA)的熔化性能,向PA中添加少量膨胀石墨(EG)制备了4种配比的石蜡/膨胀石墨复合相变材料(PA-EG)。通过热物性分析筛选出合适配比的PA-EG,并对其和PA在水平管壳式相变储能单元中的熔化过程进行了实验研究。根据相变材料的温度场变化以及加权法计算得到的熔化分数变化,对比分析了添加EG前后PA的熔化性能,并探究了加热温度对相变材料熔化性能的影响。结果表明,PA-EG3的热导率比PA高了7倍,且两者的相变温度和潜热相差不大。PA-EG3熔化过程中的自然对流效应弱于PA,但是较高的热导率能够显著改善相变储能单元中下部的熔化,使得其整体熔化速度快于PA。当加热温度为80℃时,PA-EG3的熔化过程比PA缩短了78.16%。此外,降低加热温度会使PA和PA-EG3的完全熔化时间都显著增加,但相同条件下PA-EG3的增加幅度更小。 相似文献

Spinel Mg ferrites Mg1-xCdxCo0.05Fe1.95O4 (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4) as potential agents for the miniaturization of high frequency antennas are presented. All the synthesized compositions were experimentally revealed to possess pure spinel phase. Dual-equivalent permeability and permittivity (μ'≈26, ε'≈25, x=0.3 and μ'≈29, ε'≈28, x=0.4) from 5 to 100 MHz can be achieved by introducing Cd2+ ions, yielding large miniaturization factors of up to 25 and 28. To figure out the effects of Cd2+ ions substitution on magnetic and dielectric properties, the change in microstructure is mainly investigated. Meanwhile, enhanced magnetic properties including upward saturation magnetization (Ms) (approximately 47.60 emu/g) and reduced coercivity (approximately 54.22 Oe) are obtained due to increased grain size and denser microstructure arrangements reflected from scanning electron microscopy images. With low magnitude order of magnetic and dielectric losses factors (tanδε reaches 10-4, tanδμ reaches 10-2), the composites can potentially exhibit high operating efficiencies at high frequencies. 相似文献

Bi-component, polyacrylonitrile (PAN)/carbon nanotube (CNT) fibers were processed, at different core-sheath area ratios, by gel spinning. A percolated CNT network at 10 wt% CNT in the sheath enhanced electrical conductivity as compared to the neat PAN fiber, while PAN polymer in the core contributed to the good mechanical properties. Fibers with relatively thin sheath allowed overall CNT loading as low as 3.7 wt% to be made with good electrical conductivity, and PAN stabilization by Joule heating was demonstrated. Such fibers with combined good mechanical properties and electrical conductivity can also potentially be used for electrical heating of fabrics, for making smart textiles, and for electromagnetic interference shielding. 相似文献

本文以5wt%Al3Zr/铝基复合材料为研究对象,以Ar气体为离子气体,Al-Ti-B为丝材进行等离子焊接。用电化学综合测试仪测定了焊接区在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀极化曲线。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合材料及其焊缝的组织和相组成进行了分析和表征,研究了Al3Zr/Al基复合材料等离子焊接后在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为和腐蚀机理。SEM分析结果表明,等离子弧焊接可获得较好的焊缝组织,焊缝组织主要由Al3Ti相和Al基体组成,Al3Ti相呈条状和球形。电化学极化曲线表明,材料在熔核处的耐蚀性略低于母材,焊缝处浸泡腐蚀机理为Al3Ti相和基体相的电极电位不同形成原电池反应造成。 相似文献

A new class of core–shell adsorbents has been created by electrospun metal–organic framework (MOF) particles embedded in polymer nanofibers, which have provided many unique properties compared to the existing MOF coating technologies. For the first time, we demonstrate the improved adsorption selectivity of CO2 over N2 using electrospun polymer/ZIF-8 adsorbents in experiments. Furthermore, an analytical model based on the assumption that the diffusivity in core is 10 times higher than that in shell is developed to describe the theory of improved selectivity for core–shell adsorbents that is validated against a more accurate finite element model developed in COMSOL. Our model shows three regimes including exclusive shell uptake, linear core uptake, and asymptotic core uptake. These regimes are related to material properties and uptake times, which could be used as design criteria to balance core stability, maximum selectivity, and maximum uptake. An advanced HAADF STEM tomography (Movie S1 ) shows that the shell thickness in the case of polymer/ZIF-8 is on the order of 10 nm, allowing the regime of maximum selectivity to be realized. Kinetically limited adsorption tests at 45°C demonstrate that these composite fibers can perform in a regime of selectivity and uptake for the separation of CO2 and N2 that is unobtainable by either the MOF or fiber independently, showing a great potential for postcombustion CO2 capture. 相似文献

A novel method of incorporating fluidized bed chemical vapor deposition (FBCVD) with electroless plating was developed to effectively prepare the core-shell structured WC-Co composite powders. The Co nanoparticles decorated on the surface of WC particles by FBCVD acted as active catalysts for the subsequent electroless plating process. The particle size and quantity of the decorated Co particles determined the electroless plating rate but the particle size played more important role. For the conditions tested, the maximum electroless plating rate of 2.34 mg/g/min was obtained by using an optimal FBCVD pretreatment at 750°C for 3 minutes. WC-12Co composite powders with a commercial composition widely used for atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) were efficiently prepared. The composite powders exhibited excellent suitability for APS by forming a homogenous Co-W-C ternary liquid stream. The APS coating is not only well-bonded with the substrate but also consisted of hard nonequilibrium Co3W3C and W2C phases with a uniform distribution. The compressive creep of silicon carbide fiber reinforced Ti3SiC2 MAX phase with both fine and coarse microstructure was investigated in the temperature range of 1000-1300°C. Comparison of only steady-state creep was done to understand the response of fabricated composite materials toward creep deformation. It was demonstrated that the fibers are more effective in reducing the creep rates for the coarse microstructure by an increase in activation energy compared to the variant with a finer microstructure, being partly a result of the enhanced creep rates for the microstructure with larger grain size. Grain boundary sliding along with fiber fracture appears to be the main creep mechanism for most of the tested temperature range. However, there are indications for a changed creep mechanism for the fine microstructure for the lowest testing temperature. Local pores are formed to accommodate differences in strain related to creeping matrix and predominantly elastically deformed fibers during creep. Microstructural analysis was done on the material before and after creep to understand the deformation mechanics. 相似文献

We found for the first time that (1 − x) Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xBiZn0.5Ti0.5O3 (NBT–BZT) composite ceramics showed negative temperature coefficient (NTC) at a high temperature. The NBT–BZT nanopowders were successfully prepared by Pechini method. Their ceramics were sintered at 1100°C. The NBT–BZT ceramic exhibited a good linear relationship between logarithm of electrical resistivity (Inρ) and reciprocal of absolute temperature (1000/T) at 250°C–1050°C. The obtained ρ600, ρ900, and B600/900 constants of the NBT–ZBT NTC thermistors are approximately 5.92 × 106 to 3.01 × 104 Ω cm, 7.03 × 103 to 7.60 × 102 Ω cm and 2.3 × 104-1.3 × 104 K, respectively. The electrical characteristics can be tuned to the desired value by changing the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 content in the compound. The electrical conductivity in these compounds is due to the electron jumps between Ti3+ and Ti4+ and oxygen-ion conductivity. Results demonstrate a tremendous potential of the studied system for perovskite materials with NTC performance. 相似文献
